1. Introduction
Welcome to the Isokko Agent Program. By participating as an Isokko Agent, you agree to abide by these terms to ensure a fair and efficient system for all agents and customers.
2. Eligibility
To become an Isokko Agent, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid government-issued ID.
- Own a smartphone with an active internet connection.
- Be able to take and upload clear photos.
3. Agent Responsibilities
- Locate requested items accurately within the allotted time.
- Provide real-time updates and live photos of the item and store.
- Ensure honesty and reliability when submitting item locations.
- Follow all rules and procedures set by Isokko.
4. Payment and Rewards
- A found-item submission, once approved by Isokko, is rewarded RWF 1,000.
- A genuine attempt that is approved is rewarded RWF 300.
- Rewards are credited to your in-app balance only after an admin approves your submission.
- The first approved submission for a request earns the full reward.
5. Prohibited Activities
Agents are strictly prohibited from:
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Uploading fake or altered images.
- Accepting a request but failing to complete it intentionally.
- Engaging in any fraudulent or unethical activities.
6. Support and Communication
- Agents can use the in-app chat support system for guidance.
- Phone support is available for agents struggling to locate an item.
- Frequent unresponsiveness may result in suspension from the program.
7. Performance and Rewards
- A leaderboard will track top-performing agents.
- Bonuses may be introduced for high-performing agents in the future.
- Agents who consistently fulfill requests accurately may receive additional perks.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
- Repeated violations of these terms may lead to suspension.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities results in permanent account termination.
- Isokko reserves the right to remove agents who fail to meet standards.
9. Data Privacy
- Agents’ personal information will be stored securely.
- Data may be used for internal analysis and program improvements.
- Isokko does not share agent information with third parties without consent.
10. Amendments to Terms
- Isokko reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
- Agents will be notified of significant changes.
- Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will be reviewed by Isokko’s support team.
- Decisions made by Isokko regarding agent conduct and payments are final.
