Inspect your order at the door.
You can return an item the moment it arrives if you are not satisfied with it, as long as the courier is still at your delivery address. Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted.
When you can return an item
- Right at delivery, before the courier leaves your delivery address.
- When you are not satisfied with the item you received.
- The item is still in its original, unopened package.
When an item cannot be returned
- The item has been removed from its package.
- The item has been used in any way.
- The courier has already left your delivery address.
How it works
- Open the door and check your order while the courier is present.
- If something is wrong or you are not satisfied, tell the courier and hand the item back before they leave. Do not open or use it.
- Accepted returns are refunded or replaced according to how you paid (Mobile Money, card, or cash on delivery). Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
